Book block infeeder→pre-press→gluing&heat&drying unit→link belt

→post press→output belt

 

MainFunction:

1.Prepress with big pressure,make sure tightly press the book block and squeeze out the air between the gap, avoid glue permeability, enable high quality;

2.Gluing&heat&drying unit:glue brushed on the book spine uniformly,

Heat&drying quickly and good effect.

3.Post press:Post-press for 2 times nipping,make sure the book block without dislocation and slots.to gain good appearance.
